The 7-day free trial includes:

No credit card is required to start your trial. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial.

Billing is simple and transparent:

• Monthly or annual billing options
• Billed per unit per month
• No setup fees or hidden charges
• Subscription payment via card or M-Pesa
• Payment confirmations for supported subscription payments

You can change your plan or cancel at any time.

You can request a plan change from your account settings. Any applicable billing adjustment will be shown before confirmation.

To change your plan:

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Click on "Billing"
3. Select "Change Plan"
4. Choose your new plan

Any processing charge for a LAMIKAS subscription is shown clearly before you confirm payment. Lease and rent payments recorded inside the dashboard are separate from your LAMIKAS subscription bill.

After your 7-day free trial:

• You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before the trial ends
• You can choose to upgrade to a paid plan
• If you don't upgrade, your account will be paused
• Your account may remain available for reactivation for a limited period after your trial
• You can reactivate at any time by choosing a plan

No charges will be applied without your consent.

You can pay for your LAMIKAS software subscription using:

• Cards: Supported debit and credit cards
• M-Pesa: Pay using your mobile number

These methods are for paying your LAMIKAS plan. Rent and lease payments remain records that you manage inside the dashboard.

LAMIKAS subscription payments are handled as follows:

1. Choose your plan and billing option
2. Select card or M-Pesa
3. Confirm payment through the secure checkout
4. Your subscription status updates after confirmation
5. A payment confirmation is provided for your records

This checkout pays for the software itself; it does not collect rent from tenants.

Yes, we take data security very seriously:

• Encrypted connections: Data is protected in transit, with platform security controls applied to stored data
• Data resilience: Platform data is protected through managed infrastructure and recovery controls
• Access controls: Authentication, session controls, and restricted access protect account data
• Privacy: Designed with data-protection and privacy principles in mind
• Security reviews: Security controls are reviewed as the platform develops

You own your data. We are simply the custodians.

• You retain full ownership of all your property and tenant data
• You can export your data at any time
• We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers only where needed to operate LAMIKAS or meet legal obligations
• You can delete your account and all associated data
